Our mission is to produce world-class events in Reno, NV. that promote health, wellness and charitable contributions. The RENO 5000 is dedicated to making safe, fun and enjoyable events for everyone.  We understand how much training you do to perform at your best.  We also understand that if you are new to running, how important it is to enjoy your first experience.  The RENO 5000 is a series of events that gives everyone a chance to win, stay fit, get fit and feel good competing in a fresh and exciting new events!   

In 2011, the RENO 5000  benefited many families and/or organizations locally that were in serious need.  Together, our community supported those in need by participating in the events.  Our community helped the Reno Air Race victims, the JK Metzker Family, little Isaac Young battled his way through stage 3 liver cancer and many other locals were helped.  We will continue helping 2012.

The Inaugural Firecracker Duathlon will debuted on July 3, 2011 with a cash prize purse of $3,000+ and  a free Trek bike being raffled off.  The event consisted of a 5k run and a 30k bike, followed by another 5k run.  In 2012, there will be a NEW DU RENO 4 race series.  All info can be found at www.DURENO.com

Another great event will be launched in 2012 called the "1-2-3 Challenge" in August 2012.  Please check back for more info and to register.  This event will feature a $5,000 prize purse!
